o better serve NDU customers a secure (SSL) website has been provided that can be used by any web browser at the following address https://mail.nduisp.net/owa.

The following chapter will give you instruction on how to access the site and basic use.

This system is designed to provide access to your email when you are on the move. This could be for either yourself or any of your employee’s. But please remember that service is provided as part of your hosting package, there is no customizing of the interface other than what a user has access to.

Special Notes

In this section I will give you specific information about the site to help clarify any questions you might have about the help desk.

·        The first page that will appear is a login page.

·        If you are using a computer that you are sure that it is safe and virus free then please select the option “This is a private computer”. If you are at a public provided access please select “This is a public or shared computer”.

·        The two fields you are being requested is your login name (first part of your email – username@domain.com) and the password you use to access your email thru Microsoft Outlook or your phone.

·        Once you are done please select the logout option in the top right corner of your screen.
